S’mores Frozen Yogurt

Has anyone seen that commercial for the s’mores Blizzard from Dairy Queen lately? How good does that look?

Or how about the Target commercial where they are making s’mores in the backyard.

Melty chocolate, gooey marshmallow, salty and sweet graham cracker. Mmmmmmm.

S’mores are everywhere right now and it’s killing me! I’m trying really hard to cut back on my sweets.

I gave in a little and made this healthier s’mores frozen yogurt. I know, I know … I said health-ier. I got rid of some of the fat content from the cream at least.

S’mores craving is satisfied!

S’mores Frozen Yogurt (Makes 4-6 servings)
2 cups Chobani Vanilla Greek Yogurt
1 cup marshmallow Fluff
1 sleeve graham crackers (crushed)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows

1. In a large bowl mix your yogurt, Fluff and chocolate chips. Stir and combine. Add your crushed graham crackers and mini marshmallows lightly stir again. Pour into your ice cream maker and let it do it’s magic!

Place in the freezer when done for a firmer ice cream. Eat right away for soft serve style.

Great post! What ice cream maker do you have? I’m in the market to pick one up but there are a lot of options 🙂
