Starbucks Pumpkin Spice Latte Pudding Shots

I’ve been meaning to post these since PSL season started. They are SO EASY I can barely stand it.

Did you know Starbucks is making instant pumpkin spice lattes? Yep. So smart. They come in these cute little packets and they are perfect for making boozy party treats. (Or just drinking on your own back deck of course!)

Since my PSL jello shots have been such a hit I knew I had to make a pudding shot version too.

All you need is Cool Whip, 1 box of instant pudding, 1 packet of instant PSL, milk and alcohol. That’s it. Takes like 10 minutes. Seriously, that’s it.

Also, I am sorry for dropping off the face of the earth. It’s been awhile since I wrote more than a sentence directing you to another website.

And yes, I know I say I say that every time I write a post. Not a good sign.

I miss blogging, I just can’t seem to find the time. I don’t see that getting any easier when this new little one comes either. I am actually really scared that I won’t be able to fit in any posts at all.

Anyone have any tips for keeping up with your blog when you have a busy full time career, two year old, and a few side gigs as well?

Speaking of … I have a book signing event coming up this weekend. Would love to see you there. I am also going to be doing a cooking demo on how to make my famous caramel apple jello shots and candy corn jello shots.

Perfect timing to get ready for Halloween parties!

I’ll be at the Willams-Sonoma in Old Town Alexandria, Virginia, on Saturday from 1-5pm.

I really believe there is no way to balance all of that. You’re doing the best you can! Have a great book signing! Wish I could be there!
